How to Join

Our annual membership fee covers the period from October 1 to September 30. These are due by September 30.

Once your membership fee has been received, you will be issued with a shoe tag and the gate code.  Please keep the gate closed to ensure that members and paying visitors are the only ones accessing our facilities.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We do not charge members any extra fees for organised club tennis days OR for the use of the lights.
  • Junior Saturday Morning Hotshots during terms 4 and 1 and the Friday Pizza afternoon Club sessions all year during term time with Paul Bell are included in the junior membership fee.

TO JOIN:

Download the form  ( PDF Format,  here for MS Word Format),  and print it out, OR obtain a pre-printed form from Club Officials or at the Clubhouse.

Fill out your personal details as indicated and either return the form to a Club Official or scan/photo and email back to the treasurer at the email address shown below.

(NOTE: Payment phasing may be arranged on a case-by-case basis by contacting the Treasurer at memberinfo@otumoetaitennis.co.nz).
