Our club offers something for everyone, from beginners through to experience players. Membership at the Ōtūmoetai Tennis Club gives you access to our excellent facilities, while also being involved in our club sessions, social tennis, interclub, and other club activities throughout the season.
Ōtūmoetai Tennis Club annual membership fee covers the period from 1st October to 30th September.
Once your membership fee has been received, you will be provided with the gate access code, please kept this code confidential.
Senior members can also obtain additional lower club house and court light access and purchase ball machine hire - please contact memberinfo@otumoetaitennis.co.nz

Personal Information
You agree to advise us of any medical or physical conditions we need to be aware of.
We may distribute your name and contact details in connection with club membership only.
We may also publish your name, image and club activities on our website and on social media platforms (Facebook / Instagram).
By registering/participating/etc. you or your caregiver give permission for Otumoetai Tennis Clubs photographers to take photographs that you may feature in. Photographic rights will be retained by Otumoetai Tennis Club and the images may be used for future marketing purposes; and your name, image, photograph, video, and comments may be used in any publication or marketing authorised by Otumoetai Tennis Club.
As part of the activities that this club provides, we will celebrate the successes of our members on our website and
social media, we may use your name and image to do so, we will also share your name, phone number, Email
address and image with other club members and Tennis New Zealand’s database for interclub and Tournaments.
Payment
Payment may be made via Internet banking for membership subscriptions. See “How to Join” / Subscription payments for bank account details. Eftpos is also available at the Club.

Refunds
Payment of your subscription is accepted on the assumption that you have familiarised yourself with the facilities, and your rights and obligations in the use of such. The Committee reserves the right under its Rules to accept or decline any application for membership as it deems appropriate. Refunds of subscription fees will be granted solely at the discretion of the Committee upon written application, for exceptional circumstances.
