You agree to advise us of any medical or physical conditions we need to be aware of.<\/p>\n

We may distribute your name and contact details in connection with club membership only.<\/p>\n

We may also publish your name, image and club activities on our website and on social media.<\/p>\n

If you don’t agree to this you must advise us in the comment box of the form before you “agree to the Clubs terms and conditions” in your membership application.<\/div>\n

Delivery<\/h2>\n

Payment may be made via Internet banking for membership subscriptions. See “How to Join” \/ Subscription payments for bank account details. Eftpos is also available at the Club.<\/p>\n

Refunds<\/h2>\n

Payment of your subscription is accepted on the assumption that you have familiarised yourself\u00a0 with the facilities, and your rights and obligations in the use of such. The Committee reserves the right under its Rules to accept or decline any application for membership as it deems appropriate. Refunds of subscription fees will be granted solely at the discretion of the Committee upon written application, for exceptional circumstances.<\/p>\n

Disputes<\/h2>\n

We sincerely hope that there is no cause for disputes to arise, but should you have any cause for concern about any matter, please contact the club via any of the contacts listed under “Contact Us”.<\/p>\n

Currency<\/h2>\n
